Dear D Ward
We’ve been tenants of yours for quite some time, and in the last couple of years, Mr P has been looking after our building .
I’m not often prone to writing ‘thank you’ emails, but I wanted to make you aware of how much we appreciate the efforts he has made to improve our building and help solve the endless niggles that only an older building will always have.
He’s been wonderful, and so have your builders and decorators, D Ward.
Anyway, it’s Friday afternoon, the weather is great, and I’m in good mood because we feel like we are winning the Covid battle (albeit slowly).
